The fate of the last Frosted Shiny Gold 18K watch: DEIV

There are moments that mark a before and after for a brand. For us, this was one of them.

Last April 4, 2025, during DEIV's concert at the Club Sant Jordi in Barcelona, we had the honor of personally handing him one of our most special watches: the last gold-colored unit of our first Frosted Shiny collection.

🕰️ A unique piece, for someone unique
At Macklein we design and produce our pieces in very limited editions. We do not believe in mass production or soulless watchmaking. Each model is launched with a closed number of units, taking care of every detail and every finish. This golden unit was the last one left... and we knew we wanted it to have a special destiny.

DEIV represents many of the values we stand for as a brand: authenticity, hard work, connection with people and real passion for what we do. That's why we decided to write to her. Without knowing if he would respond, without expectations. Just with the desire to give her something made with heart.

📲 It all started with a message....
We told him briefly what we do. We showed him the watch. We offered one to him and one to his manager as a token of respect and admiration. For a few days we got no response. But suddenly, we got this message:

“Where are you, bro?”

The excitement was real. We got organized, prepared the watches with their original packaging, and went to the event.

🎁 The delivery.
On April 4 we were there, with everything ready. And yes: we managed to make the delivery to DEIV in person. It was a brief but very special moment, full of good vibes. We took the opportunity to take a picture and thank him for his music, for his energy and for inspiring us to keep growing.

These kinds of moments remind us why we do what we do. It's not just about watches. It's about creating something that connects with people. That represents a story, an identity, a way of life.
