How can I contact you?
Our watch is 5ATM water resistant, but not waterproof. Snorkeling or swimming for more than 10 minutes is not recommended. Not recommended for soaking in sea water.
All of our watches have a 2 years warranty.
The best way to clean your watches is to use a cloth or toothbrush soaked in warm water with soap. You should gently clean off the dirt from the surface.

Macklein accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. If you encounter any problems during the checkout process, please contact our customer service team at info@mac-klein.com.
When you pay with a credit or debit card, you'll see our name on your bill and transaction history. We take security very seriously, so your information is safe with us.
We are very fast in processing and packing your order. Unfortunately, no changes can be made after your order has been placed. This includes changes to shipping options, shipping addresses, payment methods, or order products.
However, there may be enough time to cancel your order and create a new one. If you wish to do so, please submit a request to the customer service team below as soon as possible and we will cancel your order if it has not been processed and packaged.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at info@mac-klein.com as soon as possible and provide us with the correct details. We will do our best to make these changes before it is too late.

Once your package reaches the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the local government, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information as customs regulations vary from country to country.
