RETURNS & REFUNDS
Macklein's goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item using one of the options below.
The following conditions must be met for a return:

Returns must be requested within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and complete, including original packaging and accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Customers will not be refunded for the original shipping costs incurred by Macklein, even when free shipping is offered to the customer.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or return charges imposed by carriers or local authorities are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
REFUND
If you do not wish to receive a gift card, we can issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the original shipping costs incurred by Macklein, customs charges, and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund amount.
GIFT CARD
We can issue a gift card by email for the value of your refund.
Gift cards do not expire and may be used to purchase any product available on our website.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
Macklein is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by local authorities in the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected solely by the relevant authorities or carrier. As these charges vary by country, Macklein cannot estimate or collect them in advance.
Shipping and taxes will not be refunded for packages rejected due to VAT, customs duties, or import taxes.
