All our shipments are free worldwide, we work with different companies depending on the destination country such as DHL, UPS and more.
- Standard shipping: Depending on the destination it can take between 4-10 work days.
- Express Shipping: Depending on the destination it can take between 24-72 work hours.
You will automatically receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. You can check the tracking number on the official websites of the shipping companies to find out where the package is.

If you have any issues with shipping your order, please submit a request to our team in the FAQ section. Please note that Macklein is not responsible for any loss or damage after your order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and to contact the relevant postal service to ensure safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will do our best to assist you in restoring the item, but we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item has been successfully returned or confirmation of the item's return has been received.

These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are collected only by the local government. Because these duties and taxes vary by country, we cannot provide estimated costs. You must contact your local customs for more information. Shipping and taxes will not be refunded for packages rejected due to VAT/Duty.
